2) To the theater to pick up our oh-so-cheap Student rush tickets to Spring Awakening:

3) A stroll through mid-town including The Today Show, 30 Rock, etc.

4)NY Public Library . . . the sight of . . . oh wait, don't wait to give away any spoilers if you haven't seen it yet.

5) Pre-lunch at The Shake Shack in Madison Square Park - really, there are no words - amazing. Totally worth the 45 minute line!!

6) Walking around Union Square including Strand
7) Actual lunch at Bobby Flay's Mesa Grill

9) A stop in heaven aka B&H
10) A stroll back to Times Square just in time for the second round of this - yep - we saw the second climber. And Adam got this great shot of us looking like idiots on the street!


11) Dinner at Dallas BBQ in Times Square
12) An evening musical: Spring Awakening - the 2007 Tony Award Winner - it was really great!
13) A friendly round of Scrabble - let's be honest, who do you think won?
14) An epic battle with Charlie the mouse who was very determined to crawl out of the wall into the apartment but we aka Adam saved the day and it never got in despite the fact that we heard him scratching all night!

this is so fun....i love hearing about it all. i am hearing echoes of my folks in here somewhere going from explaining one meal to talking about the next...but with those amazing places i can't blame you. :) it is so great that you did this trip!!! and again...great pictures!!!

ok...so i think the pepper thing from Mesa grill (the one in the second picture) is what Chef Flay made on Iron Chef the other night!!! (yes, I'm a food network dork!)
