Baby Reese!

Belated, as usual, but we are so excited about the arrival of Ryan and Brittany's baby girl, Reese! Even though they live far away, they are in town for the summer so Reese is officially a California girl!! I can't believe she's already 4 weeks old!

Monthly Photo

Time for the monthly photo ... the only way I can remember is to take it on the days I go to the doctor! We had a great visit today and I'm definitely looking larger these days ~ not sure if the photos quite do it justice but there is definitely a significant real life difference!

No other big news ~ rocking the maternity clothes, flipping through baby name books, looking for cheap baby stuff on Craig's List, having more trouble bending over ... you know, the usual.

All is well ~ we are thankful!

Pictures are cool

I think pictures are cool. I guess I'm in the right profession.

For Christmas this year, my aunt Lisa scanned in a bunch of photos for my grandmother's digital photo frame. I copied them on to my laptop and was just looking at them this morning.

Catching up: Lawtons do California

In June, my older sister Anne and her family came to visit us in CA as a little celebration for a big birthday that she's celebrating this year ... I'll give you a hint... it starts with a 3!! The visit was short but sweet, and full of lots of fun "firsts" for little Caroline!
