I really like saying that: The Year of a Million Dreams. It's actually Disney's slogan for this year (and last year, too, I think!) but it is quite magical and enchanting so it made it for this blog title. Say it a few times to yourself - it makes me really excited about this year!
We made it back from Nashville on New Years Eve after the standard round of delayed flights, but despite our holiday-hangover, were determined to make it to the much-anticipated New Years Bash! We were so excited to re-connect with everyone after having been gone for 2 weeks.
Allison, Ryanne, Alanna, etc. etc - all did a great job of putting together quite the shindig. Thanks for the hard work, ladies! It was great!
And of course, the highlight was the photo booth. The fabric background was the best! You can see the complete set of photos on Alanna's flickr account here.
It was a really great night, but unfortunately we only made it until about 11. My body was still rocking the central time zone, and we were just closing our eyes as the clock struck 12. Happy New Year! We are so excited about lots of things happening in 2008 (more info coming soon) and can't wait to see what this year holds for us!
