We are at the beach and it's awesome. We have wonderful wonderful friends who are letting us stay at their house (thank you!!!) all week until our second wedding of the trip this next weekend. We'll actually be working at that one, but until then, it's vacation! I've realized that Adam and I have never been on a vacation together except for our honeymoon, so it's nice to be out of our normal routine and with each other!
Adam's sister Melissa and her family have been here until this morning. We've had so much fun hanging out with our niece and Andy and Melissa. Syd loves the beach, pool, sand, ocean, etc., etc. so we've had fun playing with her. She's talking SO much more than last time so that's been really fun, too!

Sydney and I definitely share a love of many things including but not limited to: macaroni and cheese, cookies, and chocolate ice cream. Kindred spirits!
So far, we've hit up the Back Porch, Red Bar, and I also have a little treat coming for you if the words "Project 116" mean anything to you. Be sure to check back for that. It's been a great week, and we're looking forward to a couple more days of relaxation before we head back to life and reality!!

ugh...i'm way jealous of you at the beach...and I know where you are staying which makes me even MORE jealous! hope yall are having a blast! we missed you at the shower.

Mary--there is an awesome homemade ice cream shop on Front beach road that has all of the group pictures from all of the SBP framed on the wall. We go every night and I get to relive our time on Project 116. You should do it--the ice cream is amazing. It's right by the Wyndham--14600 something.
